Terms and Conditions

By booking a seat with Wine Taxi, you agree to the following terms:

Transport Service Only

Wine Taxi provides transport to and from selected wine farms. Wine Taxi is not responsible for the service, pricing, availability, or conduct of any wine farm visited.

Alcohol Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption. Wine Taxi promotes responsible drinking and reserves the right to refuse transport to any guest who is excessively intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

Timeliness

Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before departure. Wine Taxi cannot delay departure for late arrivals, and missed trips due to lateness will not be refunded.

Liability

Wine Taxi will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident occurring during the visit to any wine farm or during the transport unless caused by proven negligence of the transport provider.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Wine Taxi is not liable for lost or forgotten items.

Damage to Vehicle

Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in the passenger being held responsible for the cost of cleaning or repairs.

Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the trip may not be eligible for a refund unless the trip is cancelled by Wine Taxi.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
