Consent to marketing photography should be optional and separate from acceptance of the booking Terms and Conditions.
You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal may not affect materials that were lawfully printed, published or distributed before the request was received.

Wine Taxi does not knowingly collect personal information from children for wine-tasting bookings without appropriate involvement or permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Where a guest under 18 is permitted to participate, the booking must be managed by a responsible adult.
Children may not purchase or consume alcohol.
